Jesus, son of our living God
Today something rather funny happened. A man came to give me a bid on yard work, he also suggested someone to remove our dead tree. He proceeded to tell me, "He's a really great guy. He's a Mormon, I have been trying to convert him to Christianity for years." ahahaha! I have been laughing at that all night because it's ridiculous. He meant no ill will in what he said and hoped he hadn't offended me. Not at all. I know he had a good heart, he was just misled.
Upon investigation of the church, no one can deny our belief in Christ. The Mormon church is called, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior, the redeemer of the world, the Son of the living God. He was foreordained by God to be the savior of all mankind.
This website is a good spot to read about our belief in Christ and the Articles of Faith are a good review of our core beliefs.
I've been wanting to read "Jesus The Christ" by Elder James E. Talmage forever but haven't had the time lately. I found a free audio download of it! Thought I'd share. Enjoy!

Very funny, Amy. I remember the first time that someone asked me if I was a Christian, it was in college. I didn't know what to say because I thought it was obvious.
