I've been wracking my brain trying to come up with a color palette for my living and dining room. I'm thinking something like this?? The top and bottom colors (chartreuse and turquoise) are my favorite so I want something that will go with both.

As difficult of a decision it was to step back from my work, this decision has it's benefits. One being a sense of freedom. I felt limited within the confines of my business. I realize those limitations were set by me, which originate from the fear of failure. I'm doing my best to break through and come out the other end a better artist. This picture by Cheryl Jacobs Nicolai is a reminder to let go of expectations. Who cares if it's not tack sharp. It's a gorgeous photograph.

This is the first I've heard of this girl. I'm really digging her musical style and this video.

I've used my B-hobo bag for a few weeks now and so far I am really pleased! I'm really glad I got it versus the Lola bag. The main reason is the strap. Because the strap is so wide it fits really nicely on my shoulder and makes the bag feel lighter. The materials used to make the bag are nice. The leather is nice and thick. The bag sits up on it's own when I set it down. I mainly carry my 24-70 2.8 around attached to my camera. It fits very nicely on the end but I'm sure it would fit in the middle as well.
