settling

The holidays were totally nuts.  Things are starting to settle now and we're getting back in to the swing of life.  I actually got up early this morning to workout.  It felt so good to get my blood pumping again.

I've been crocheting every chance I have to go sittin' (as the Berenstain Bears would say).  I've only ever crocheted hats.  Mainly because I love hats and because they are a quick project.   Here are a few I've made for family and friends.

Rose decided to crochet too.  I couldn't believe how it just clicked with her.  She took to it better than most big people I've taught.  So far she has learned the chain stitch and the single crochet.  She is on her way.  Since, she has passed on her skills and taught my mom and Emma (my niece) what she knows.  She does well helping them not have too much slack in their hold.
